In the delivery address, the First and Last name fields must include the name of the order recipient. Make sure the delivery address includes a recipient or A / C (taken care of). Also include the phone number.

In some cases, the system does not automatically fill in certain fields and you must provide this information. -The freight cost charged to the customer includes only 01 attempted delivery to customers without additional cost. So it is essential that there is 1 responsible to receive. In case of need to return to the customer's address, we reserve the right to pass on the cost of delivery to the customer.

PRICES AND DEADLINES

Shipping prices and terms vary by region, state and city. You will be able to see the price or the maximum term of your freight in the shopping cart, by entering your zip code and calculating the freight of your purchase or contacting me.

The delivery time is defined according to each state and city. When purchasing your products and choosing the type of shipping, you will already have a description of the maximum delivery time in the shopping cart. This time will always be shown in working days. However, it may take more time, depending on the time needed to process the payment and if it is ordered by order the deadline is extended to up to 45 days, or more depending on the model.

On special commemorative dates, we can increase the delivery time by carrier by 2 working days, as possible problems may occur during the movement of the cargo to the final customer.

For the deadline to be fully met, it is necessary for the client to follow the following guidelines:

Full and official description of addresses. Fictitious street names are not a delivery address;
Always place a reference point in observations
The delivery date starts to be valid after confirmation of your payment.

We reserve the right to retain goods in case of suspected credit card fraud. In this case, the order will be canceled.

How is the delivery date calculated?


Delivery estimates are calculated based on the estimated shipping date plus the time in transit (the time it takes for a package to be transported from our distribution center to the delivery address). Transit time is calculated on working days, ie Saturdays and Sundays do not count. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating transit time.

Example

The customer makes the purchase on a Thursday and the deadline for delivery is 4 working days. Payment is confirmed on Friday and the product is posted on Friday itself.

Saturday and Sunday are not working days, so the delivery time starts to be counted on Monday and adding the 4 working days, the deadline for entry will be until Thursday.

When consulting the website of the Post Office or the Carrier, this term is defined as “post day + 4 working days”.

For some delivery dates, we can present a countdown that tells you how much time you have to place the order, which will allow you to receive it until the displayed date. This delivery date may be unavailable within that time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity prior to order completion. The order confirmation email will contain the final delivery date.

After an order is shipped, you can receive an email with a link to track delivery. You can also find the tracking information on our website www.ateliersalustriany.com.br.

Delivery information is displayed below information for purchased items. If your order was dispatched by mail, click on “Track delivery”.
Grades:

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information has not changed, please allow a day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually, packages arrive on the estimated delivery date or shortly thereafter.
There are no deliveries on holidays.
In some cases, the Post Office does not make the final delivery and makes the packages available to be picked up at a Post Office. If this happens, you will be notified by the Post Office or Atelier Salustriany.


Tax inspection
In some cases, your order may be delayed due to a routine inspection carried out by your state's tax authorities. When this happens, the tracking status indicates “Delay in inspection”.

As each state has its own regulations, unfortunately, we do not have an estimate of when this type of procedure ends. There is also no action that can be taken by General Iron Fittings or its carrier to make this process faster or for goods to be released as a priority.

Delivery issues
Tracking indicates package as delivered but not received

If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

Check that the order's shipping address is correct by going to My Orders.
Check if someone else, such as the doorman, security guard, family member or neighbor has received your package.
Wait for 1 business day. In some cases, the carrier may accidentally register a package as “Delivered” when, in fact, it is still on the way.
If you still can't find your package, contact us.

Reasons for orders that cannot be delivered

When the carrier returns a package to us that could not be delivered for the reasons below, you will receive a full refund (including the shipping cost).

Incorrect address: If the address is incorrect, incomplete (for example, missing the apartment number or zip code) or out of date (for example, you moved), the package is returned to General Iron Fittings by the carrier or the recipient who received it unduly. Check the delivery address before placing your order.

Incorrect address format: If our system does not recognize the format used to enter the delivery address, it may not be possible to assign a carrier to deliver your order or the carrier may not find the address. Delivery attempts failed: An adult signature is required to complete delivery. Our carriers make up to three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to General Iron Fittings.

Carriers do not deliver to the address provided: Carriers may be restricted from delivering to certain locations for security reasons.

Damage suffered during transport: If a package suffers damage during transport, the carrier can return it to Atelier Salustriany without trying to deliver it.

Delivery refused by recipient: If a recipient is not expecting a package, you can refuse it if you believe it was sent in error.
