Exchanges & Returns


Atelier Salustriany accepts the return of physical products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

We are a family owned and operated business.

Return policy


In any situation: for the return to be accepted the product must be in perfect condition, that is, ready for sale. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components shipped.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw from the purchase made over the internet within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, as long as the product is in perfect condition, that is, closed and with no signs of use. Within this period and conditions, you will get the product back. The shipping fee is non-refundable (if any), in addition to the return shipping, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. For the other situations, the provisions below apply.

Atelier Salustriany accepts the return of physical products within 30 days after receipt of the order (a period that already includes the 7 days for withdrawal from purchase), provided that they are in their original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by all their original accessories (also, without signs of use) and product manuals.

To receive a full refund, the returned products must be in new condition (without any defects, scratches, signs of falling, scratches, among others, that do not make them unsuitable for resale, etc.), with all packaging, original use and accessories.

Freight

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping and return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (when the freight has been contracted in “reverse” mode).

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are going to ship a product over $ 75, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.

Refunds


Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.

Late or unpaid refund


If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released. Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before launching a refund.
